The Cuarentas Project continues to return encouraging results supporting the continuation of the mineralized structure associated with the adjoining Mercedes gold-silver mine extending through the northwest part of the property.

Strong gold in stream sediment samples in the target area with quartz stockwork, minor veining and large continuous quartz ledges have returned highly anomalous gold. This significantly enhances the potential of the claim block.

This project was acquired through an auction of state-owned properties and is adjacent to properties acquired at the same auction by both Yamana Gold Inc. ("Yamana") and Minera Penoles. The Company has submitted application for title, which is pending. The property covers a large zone of hydrothermal alteration hosting gold-silver mineralization. Bedrock sampling by the company returned values of up to 3 grams per tonne Au and 400 grams per tonne Ag in separate showings. The property adjoins Yamanas' new Mercedes gold silver mine located immediately to the west.
